Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AppRnk (apprnk.com), a global discovery and ranking platform for AI applications. By accessing or using AppRnk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

AppRnk helps people discover, compare and choose AI applications through rankings, real user reviews, ratings and new releases across iOS, Android, macOS and Windows. For developers and teams we offer app submission, listing claims and verification services.

The service evolves over time. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may run beta features that behave differently from the final version.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use AppRnk. When you register, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, break the law, or harm other users, developers or the platform.

3. Developer submissions and verification

If you submit or claim an app, you confirm that the product information is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Verification may require business documents and a one-time verification fee; the exact amount is shown before payment and is non-refundable once review has started.

Verified listings may display an official badge. You must keep listing information accurate and up to date. We may correct, hide or remove listings that are misleading, infringing or otherwise non-compliant.

4. Reviews and community conduct

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post spam, advertising, hateful, unlawful or infringing content, and do not manipulate ratings or reviews. By posting, you grant AppRnk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your public content in connection with the service.

We moderate at our discretion and may hide or remove content and restrict accounts that breach these rules. External store review excerpts remain attributed to their original source.

5. Rankings and ratings

AppRnk scores combine available platform ratings with review confidence and recent verified activity. Rankings are informational tools to aid discovery; they are not endorsements, investment advice or guarantees of quality, safety or fitness for any purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The AppRnk site, logo, design and original content are owned by AppRnk or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes. App names, icons and screenshots belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content on AppRnk infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with the app URL, your contact details and evidence of ownership so we can review promptly.

7. Third-party services

AppRnk links to app stores, official websites and payment providers such as Dodo. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, availability or charges. Always review store listing details before installing or paying for an app.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security measures, collect data in bulk through automated means without our written permission, upload malware, impersonate others, or use AppRnk for any unlawful purpose. Reasonable personal use, search engines and accessibility tools are welcome.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppRnk excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to AppRnk in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law in your jurisdiction does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes, termination and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with its effective date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using AppRnk at any time. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith at [email protected] before any formal proceedings.
